We cater for all types of start-ups which generally fall into the following categories:

1. Completely new start-up with very few if any employees
2. Start-up of a new branch of an existing company
3. An international company wishing to start a new branch in the UK

We can find people for any start-up whether it is a specialist individual or a group of people to form a new team. We work with you to identify the type of skills and experience that you are looking for. We agree a time-line for your objectives and then we go to work.

For recruitment, you pay nothing until the person commences employment with your firm. If you want us to find a contractor, payment commences only when they start work at your company.

We will also be able to conduct vetting and screening checks on each candidate to ensure each person is in fact who they say they are along with qualification and career checks etc.
